Eight enterprising, energetic new fellows were honored at a convocation held by the University of Wisconsin Sea Grant Institute, Water Resources Institute, and the Wisconsin Coastal Management Program on Sept. 22, 2016, at the Milwaukee South Shore Yacht Club.
