Do you live in southwest Wisconsin, with old oak trees on your property? If so, researchers at the UW-Platteville TREEs Laboratory would like to take small cores from your trees. They are assessing rainfall and temperature conditions in Wisconsin over the last 300 years, which will help us understand what to expect during the next several centuries.

Please contact them at 608-342-6149. Or email TREES@uwplatt.edu.
