Central Wisconsin Groundwater Center, University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point 
Program to help Wisconsin citizens and governments manage groundwater wisely, through education, public information, applied research, and technical assistance.

DNR Bureau of Groundwater and Drinking Water 
Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources’ Bureau “working to safeguard Wisconsin’s Drinking Water, Now and in the Future.” Take a look at the DNR Groundwater Retrieval Network for groundwater data from the 1970s to the present. Site also has a nice listing of groundwater publications available online and in print.

Wisconsin Groundwater Coordinating Council (GCC) 
The GCC, composed of representatives of state agencies with groundwater protection responsibilities, attempts to improve and coordinate state agencies’ groundwater management activities.

Wisconsin Geological and Natural History Survey
The WGNHS has a principal responsibility among state agencies for conducting groundwater survey and research.

U.S. Geological Survey – Wisconsin District Office 
USGS is the Federal agency responsible for providing hydrologic information and for assessing the Nation’s water resources. The Wisconsin District Office Site makes many downloadable publications available. Also, take a look at the Groundwater Observation Network for historic and current water levels measured in approximately 140 Wisconsin wells
