Abstract:
Introduction: This is the second interim report of the research concerning the effects of volatile organic chemicals (VOC) on clay landfill liner performance. The report gives a summary of the procedures used and the results obtained to date from the tests performed on the Clay liner material proposed for the Eau Claire County municipal sanitary landfill.
